Naheed studied Law at London Metropolitan University and completed her post-graduate Diploma in legal practice at the College of Law, Guilford branch in 2009 with a commendation.

Naheed joined Chatham Chambers in October 2016 as an Immigration Adviser, qualified as a solicitor in May 2020 and has been promoted as a Partner. Naheed is extremely passionate about this area of law and has successfully obtained leave for clients on appeal and has overturned deportation orders.

Naheed previously worked for Duncan Lewis Solicitors and is accredited through the Law Society Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) as a Senior Level 2 caseworker and a supervisor in Immigration,

Naheed has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Immigration Law including the Points Based System. In the past she has provided organisations with legal advice and compliance audit issues. She takes a consultative approach to delivering results for high net-worth and commercial clients.

Naheed has also represented clients as an advocate in Immigration Appeals and has prepared cases for Judicial Review in the High Court. She currently work closely with Berkshire Womens Aid and children’s service to provide them with advise in relation to vulnerable clients and has successfully assisted many clients in applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain under the Domestic Violence Concession,

Naheed speaks Urdu and Punjabi fluently and enjoys socialising, travelling and learning about other cultures and backgrounds.
