Thomas Graham

Tom completed his training contract with Hampshire based firm Wills Chandler. Prior to this he built a legal database of residential and development housing stock for a large housing association in Newbury in his role as Legal Assistant. Tom joined Chatham Chambers in 2009 as an Assistant Solicitor immediately after finishing his training contract.

Tom graduated from the University of Brighton with an upper second class honours degree in Law with Accountancy, before gaining a commendation for his LPC at the University of Law in Guildford.

Tom is currently a Director at Chatham Chambers and acts on a broad range of Commercial and Residential Property transactions including business sales, commercial leases matters acting for landlord and tenant, acquisition and disposal of commercial freehold property, residential development work and secured lending.

Tom’s interests away from the office include Tottenham Hotspur, film and playing tennis.

I have used Chatham Chambers for a house purchase. I am a first-time buyer and bought a no chain property. Thomas was great and explained to me the process clearly and gave clear clarification in regards to my queries. Thomas does reply to emails swiftly and in my opinion well organised. I will recommend Thomas (Chatham Chambers) to my friends and family. Very reasonable fee for conveyancing. Imran K
